Dear Friends of Quail Run Farm,

We look forward to seeing you during the weekend of August 15 & 16. Closing Date August 8th. No Entries or schooling fees will be taken at the events!

We will limit our “Beat the Heat” Show to 45 riders in order that we will be through by 1 30PM Aug 16. Cross Country Schooling available on Saturday and Sunday. Note The Derby field will be closed by the start of SJ at 9 AM on Sunday. Both XC and SJ. SJ. Rounds available with pre-registration on Saturday, starting with Pre BN.

ALL Entries MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAIL EVEN FOR THOSE only XC SCHOOLING on Saturday or Sunday! Closing date August 8. This precaution is being taken in order to cut down on person to person Covid 19 transmission. Strict social distancing will be maintained and everyone must wear a mask when within 6’ contact of others. It is too hot to wear a mask when mounted. The shady Pecan Grove will be used for Dressage and for social distancing and hosing down horse after Derby.

In the case of cancelation of our event due to Covid 19, entry checks will be destroyed. We also request that a designated person from each group come to the office to check in and pick up numbers.

Julie Whitington our local representative from Devoucoux will be here to advise, fit and allow her saddles to be tried. These new saddles are amazing!

Terrie Hatcher will be here to “immortalize” your rounds with her camera!

Visit our Events page or click here for the registration form.

I sincerely hope that the C19 will be under better control in 5 weeks.

Stay safe and healthy,

Jan & Peter
